The Boss Salad If you’re looking for a good source of protein and are tired of the same old House and Ceasar salads look to Sahadi. They serve a great Boss Salad that Jeffrey Sahadi loads up with your choice of a delicious 5 oz salmon or grilled chicken breast. The ingredients are cracked wheat, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, fresh parsley, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, green peppers. They are all finely diced and mixed together for a taste you can only find at Sahadi. The salad dressing consists of lime juice, fresh garlic, Jane cranny salt and Beagle extra virgin olive oil to finish it off.
