We
are finally here and excited about all the information we have to share
with you. I want to start off by sending a Giant Thank You to all of our
Advertisers and Sponsors. We could not be here without you. You are the
group that will have a special place in our hearts. You saw our vision
and believed in what we will be delivering to the Rio Grande Valley.
Fit & Healthy Magazine will keep the community at the forefront on all the latest fitness and nutrition topics. We will give you our professional outlook on deceiving gadgets and fad diets. We will share new innovative medical procedures happening right here in the Rio Grande Valley. Furthermore, we will be featuring professionals and businesses from the Rio Grande Valley that promote and believe in living a Fit & Healthy Lifestyle.
Our Premiere issue is filled with lots of great topics and from nutrition to health and of course fitness. Expect and look forward to receiving informative articles from professionals here in the Rio Grande Valley. We want you to learn a great deal about yourself and this wonderful region you live in. We will feature as many of the areas in the Rio Grande Valley where you can get active from Mission’s Nature trails to South Padre Island’s beautiful beach community.

Our next issue will be out in January 2004 and we would love to receive information on all the activities that will take place in the Rio Grande Valley for Jan./Feb 2005. We will also be making this January/February issue our official ‘Fit & Healthy Keeper.’ This is where we list all of the Valley’s fitness centers, spas, massage therapist, healthy eateries, and any business that can contribute to a keeping the Rio Grande Valley ‘Fit & Healthy’ Can be listed.
